Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of Turno by clinics, providers, staff, and patients interacting with appointment workflows.
This Terms draft is published for operational clarity and still requires final legal sign-off before definitive publication.
Scope of Service
Turno provides software tools for appointment scheduling, reminders, patient-facing booking flows, and related clinic operations. Service availability, features, and integrations may evolve over time.
Turno is a technology provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Clinical decisions and patient care remain solely with each clinic and its professionals.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
Accounts must be created by authorized representatives of the clinic or by individuals expressly approved by the clinic. Users agree to provide accurate registration and billing information.
Each clinic is responsible for credential security, role permissions, and all activity performed through its accounts, including actions by staff and contractors using clinic access.
Subscription, Trials, and Payments
Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription cycle. Trial features, trial duration, and promotional conditions may vary and may convert to paid service unless canceled before the trial ends.
When required by applicable consumer law in Argentina, Turno will provide the corresponding withdrawal mechanism (including Boton de Arrepentimiento language where applicable). Final compliance wording remains subject to legal review and sign-off.
Data Privacy & Sensitive Healthcare Information
For patient and clinic data entered into Turno, the clinic generally acts as data controller and is responsible for lawful basis, notices, and patient consents required by applicable law.
Turno acts as a service provider/processor for contracted services, applies technical and organizational safeguards, and processes sensitive healthcare-related data only under documented customer instructions and applicable legal requirements.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use Turno to violate laws, infringe rights, send unauthorized communications, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation or security.
Users must maintain accurate operational data, respect patient confidentiality obligations, and use platform communications only for lawful clinic and appointment purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turno is provided on an as-available basis and disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Except where non-waivable law provides otherwise, Turno total aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to amounts paid by the clinic for the affected service during the twelve (12) months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate service under the applicable contract terms. Turno may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful use.
After termination, the clinic may request export of its data for up to 30 days from the effective termination date. After that period, data may be deleted according to retention and legal obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply under local law.
Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires (CABA), subject to final legal sign-off of this jurisdiction clause.
